What made you choose our company:

We had a water problem after a heavy rainfall. We called the insurance company and they asked if we would like the service of a restoration company. We were advised that On side restoration was owned by the insurance company and asked if we would consider their services. We agreed and were met shortly by a manager and some employees who gave immediate assistance. The manager advised that he knew of a company that he would recommend to look at the basement to give us direction on how to ensure that the basement was waterproof. We agreed and contacted basement systems. Brock came out to our house, viewed the situation and explained what he felt we needed. He was straightforward and pleasant without being pushy as some sales people are. We agreed to a contract which was completed. Everything was done on schedule and all of the employees were professional. We did not choose this company over any competition as they were recommended to us and we liked their approach. I would deal with them again.
