She was honored with the 2023/2024 Project of the Year award by the American Subcontractor’s Association, recognizing her exceptional contributions to the industry. Melissa holds certification from the Foundation Supportworks International Network in foundation repair and design for both residential and commercial applications, ensuring she brings top-tier knowledge to every project.

A dedicated member of the Structural Engineer’s Association, Melissa also serves as the Secretary on the Board for the Geotechnical Institute, further underscoring her leadership and commitment to advancing the field of foundation engineering. In her daily work, she collaborates closely with engineers, general contractors, and property managers, inspecting foundations and crafting detailed repair plans. With her vast experience, she excels at gathering data, creating formal proposals, and addressing any client inquiries with clarity and precision.
