Job review from Jennifer in Mesa, AZ 85210 on 12/11/16

I am rating on an "is there any possible room for improvement" score. I'd honestly give the company as a whole, a 4.8 if it were an option.

The call representatives immediately took ownership of any issue I called about and followed through to make sure I got the answers I was looking for.

Brian is an excellent representative of your company. I would give our experience with him a 4.9. My only small issue is that we asked a few times what the next step would be if the moisture system didn't work. We never really got an answer to that question. On the other hand, he was willing to talk to us about other projects we are planning to undertake, and even give us some tips and suggestions. All around, Brian is a great guy and we would be delighted to work with him again.

The installation crew did a great job.

I would rate the cleanup process a bit lower on the scale, only because there is a tiny bit of room for improvement. I had to scrub the pipe in our master closet because it had crusty stuff on it. The rest of the cleanup was fantastic. In fact, I don't think the areas of the floor that they vacuumed have been that clean in years.
