Sales Process

Ryan has been very responsive to questions and in working with me to resolve some damages that occurred while work was being done.

Our Installation Crew

I had mixed feelings on the various installation crews therefore I had to give a combined score. My overall experience with Greg Andrews and Dave Zorehkey would have been a 5 because they did the best job explaining the work they were going to do and answering any questions before, during or after the projects. Greg also helped to try to address concerns I had with a job that he wasn't the foreman on. The foreman on the piers job was fine, but the workers were careless. They damaged a stationary item multiple times (even after the initial damage was pointed out to them) as well as a few other things. I am working with the sales rep to resolve those issues. I would give Alex Denogean the last foreman I dealt with a 1. First of all he was late, I was told the crew would arrive between 9-10. I called the office at 11 to find out if I needed to reschedule because I hadn't heard for anyone. They crew finally arrived at almost 12. The job was not explained to me and I felt like I was a bother if I asked about what was going on. There were some unexpected issues that arose and I was concerned. Alex appeared to dismiss me and someone else tried to address the issues. After the project was complete, he disappeared and reappeared at least an hour later. I wasn't sure what was going on.

The Cleanup Process

This is a combined score. The only project that didn't do a good job of cleaning up was the one Alex Denogean did. He left the tile floors in the room hie was working in full of dust. The floor had a white haze on it.
