Job review from Brian in AZ on 02/27/22

I am in the process of selling my home in N. Scottsdale. During the buyer's inspection, it was determined that there were some cracks in my Stem Wall. I called Arizona Foundation Solution and spoke with a very nice lady. I think her name was Nancy. I told her what I needed and she was able to get Bryan "Wooly" out to see my house the next day. Bryan was very good at communicating with me and in fact, he called prior to our appt and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was okay to come over earlier. I mentioned I was in a meeting but could be available at 11:15am.
He showed up right at 11:15am. He walked around the foundation and pointed out where the water was getting to the concrete and rusting the rebar. He then explained how they would chip out the cracks and repair the area with with a new type of rebar that doesn't rust. I was very pleased with Bryan professionalism and he made sure all my questions were answered. He also provide me with a fair quote the same day.
