Job review from Carl in AZ on 03/31/21

I called three different foundation repair places to get bids, 2 of them did not spend much time looking over the foundation (about 20 mins) they talked about what they do and said they would get back me 1 to 2 weeks on the estimate.
AZ Foundations came out and the estimator was very professional and got on his hands and knees went over the foundation showing me what was happen. He showed pictures on the materials they use and how it’s installed, the estimator was very nice and took his time. He then sat down with me and gave me an estimate on sight all within 1-½ hours.
The worker that showed up to do the work was very professional and did a great job and cleaning up after was perfect; it only took 6 hours to get the work done. I was going to pay the rest of the bill when the employee that did the work told to me hold off on writing the check. He called the office talked to them about what was done and that it was not as bad as we thought it going to be and gave me a bill lower then was agreed on contact. This makes me feel great about a company that is willing to bill less then what was agreed on. I wish other companies would do this; they would just charge what was quoted and leave. This is very top-notch company; I like the warranty that comes with their work it was the best out of three. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
