Tracy joins our team with over 20 years of Customer Service experience and has been with our company for over 2 years. As Customer Accounts Manager Tracy is part of our Structural Consultants Team, her role includes directly working with homeowners to review estimate details and address questions to assist them in moving forward with Foundation Repair of CA’s proposed solution. From contract signing to completed installation, Tracy closely monitors active projects to ensure customer satisfaction. To Tracy, being a Customer Account Manager allows her to assist customers in caring for the biggest investment they have, their family home. When she's is not in the office, Tracy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
