I feel very fortunate to have found Saber to fix our foundation correctly and didn't end up choosing a company who does other methods of fixing foundations that end up causing more harm in the long run.

Call Representative

Very dissatisfied in the beginning of project due to scheduling delay, but Pam was amazing and got us back on schedule. I had taken of work to be home during this project, and it was very important that the work was done when originally planned. I called the week prior and confirmed that the workers would be there when originally planned. On the first day of the project nobody showed up. I finally called at about 10:00 and was informed that they were still working on another job due to the rain and would not be able to get to my job for a couple more days. This was not acceptable since I could not take other days off work. I understand that weather can cause delays, but there could have been much better communication. In the end, Pam made it all right.

Sales Process

We waited many weeks to get a Saturday appointment. The original sales person who was supposed to come out called a couple days before and tried to get me to switch the appointment to Friday. When I declined, he asked to set the appointment at an earlier time in the morning on the Saturday, which was fine. Shortly before the appointment on Saturday, he called and left a message cancelling the appointment. I feel he gave a made-up excuse for cancelling the appointment and didn't respect our time. A different sales person, Nate, ended up coming out later and was extremely knowledgable and professional. No complaints whatsoever with Nate.

Our Installation Crew

Kris and his crew, Joe and Brian, made this process as good as it could possibly be. There were a few challenges with the project on our house, and Kris and crew worked diligently to complete the project in the time originally given. There was a scheduling issue at the beginning of our project because there was a delay in the start date. Kris and crew's professionalism, hard work and timeliness made up for any original dissatisfaction with the start date of my project.

The Cleanup Process

Kris and crew gave special attention to not damaging anything given it was an interior job and cleaned up everything well.

The sales person, Nate, was extremely knowledgeable. Videos and brochures helped us understand the process and sold us on the fact that your procedure was the best way to fix our foundation. The fact that we wouldn't get charged extra depending on how deep the piers went helped too. It didn't leave the cost of the job open-ended.
