I'm a Realtor. I've been on many properties over the years where my sellers have needed to call out a foundation specialist for an inspection & quote. Saber was by far the most professional company with reasonable rates. I was very impressed with the scope of knowledge their sales person Ken had. I liked the way he spoke to my clients & encouraged their questions. I called Ken to talk with him about my own home located in the Orange foothills. He made himself available to take my many phone calls with questions about the process.
