Sales Process
Did not receive the signed proposal with the detailed job plan from the salesperson as promised. Had to contact Lynn at the office to get a copy an hour before the job started.
Our Installation Crew
I don't remember the name of the two crew members that performed the work, but they were extremely courteous and professional as well as explaining the process.
