Project is still in process, so this review is based on communications and work thus far. Salesman Laird was excellent. Joe and Brandon did initial pier to check depth of rock bed, installing one pier. They were very efficient. Called an hour before to confirm appointment and arrived on time. Joe answered all my questions. Polite and informative. Worked hard.
