Although I called Saber here in CA already, they wanted me to send in pictures first to make sure the scope of the problem is something that would be worth driving the distance for. However, I am not a photographer and I don't believe the scope of the issue can be fully understood on film. Our issue here is that we have had animal tunneling around and underneath the slab foundation and the soil has destabilized severely causing the small three unit one story building to start sinking on two sides of the building to cause enough damage as to crack the foundation and brick wall, it has uplifted flooring on the inside of one unit causing sever sloping and has opened up a crack in my ceiling leading from the outside of unit. Within the last few months I have been hearing the house settling and moving with loud popping and cracking noises. I am looking for a company that offers Helical Piles, Piers and/or Polymer Fillers as a solution. If you are able to provide me with a reasonable estimate that will beat out some other businesses that offer the same or similar products I would greatly appreciate that.
