The driveway and multi level sidewalk looks amazing and their isn't any dips for the water to get in and cause more damage to the driveway or the house/sidewalk foundation. I'm so happy with the outcome of this project. Very glad I made the decision to go with Sprague!!!

Dana called a couple of times to see if my schedule worked with theirs to complete the job sooner. However, it did not and they came on June 15th, the date of the scheduled project. She also called the day before to let me know when the guys would be arriving and the names of the crew.

Jake explained everything that needed to be done to correct the issues in my driveway and sidewalk area step by step. He showed me with a display how the product worked and what it would look like afterwards.

Justin and John introduced themselves, went over what they were doing and got to work. They were very kind, funny, and so knowledgeable about the Sprague products. They were AMAZING!!!

When the project was completed, they brushed and blew off any lingering residue off the driveway and sidewalk. I told them the rest of the driveway looked horrible compared to my now fixed area. I will be contacting Sprague in the next year or two to get the rest of the driveway fixed.
