Al has have been installing basement waterproofing and crawl space retrofit systems at this company since November 1992! Through the years, he has shown strong dedication and work ethic and prides himself on making every job, the best job. Being top installation foreman for many years, in 2009 Al was promoted to Production Manager of Connecticut Basement Systems.
Al is an excellent team leader and one of the most knowledgeable employees at Connecticut Basement Systems. He enjoys meeting with homeowners and helping them achieve dry and healthy basements and crawl spaces, and adding value to their homes! Al loves working with people and loves his production team. One of his favorite things about his role here is working hands-on in customer's homes and seeing their smiles when he provides working solutions to their problems.
Al is thoroughly trained and has earned the highly esteemed accreditation of "CERTIFIED Waterproofing Professional" through the Basement Systems, Inc. International Headquarters in Seymour, CT. He's excellent at finding quick, happy solutions to obstacles that may come up during a job. In general, he just loves to make our customers happy!
Outside of work, Al loves being with his family. He likes sports and challenges; anything that makes you think!

We could not be happier with the results. The whole entire experience started the Friday after Christmas with our consultation and the basement was completely finished by March 1, 2012. -
