Joi Williams

Before joining Connecticut Basement Systems, Joi worked at The Home Depot for 8 years. Her roles included customer service, delivery team lead, and department supervisor for the Pro Desk, appliances, and kitchen departments. Through this, she has gained many skills that will benefit her role as a Customer Service Specialist. 

Joi lives in Bridgeport and enjoys traveling, riding her motorcycle, and selling jewelry in her free time.
