She was very pleasant and accommodating. My original appointment was on Tuesday, March 14 (snowstorm). I had to reschedule and needed a weekend. She was able to find an early appointment for me on Saturday, April 1, 2017.

Today's Service Technician, Max Biga, was very professional. He called before to inform me of his estimated time of arrival. He was very punctual, pleasant, professional and informative.

I received a recommendation from a friend Daniel Hardrick. He used your company in the Hartford area. When he learned of my problems with water leaks, he contacted me with information on how this company worked for him.
