from setting appointment to when Bill Hause came onsite all was done professional and with customer service as the focus.

Bil Hause was outstanding. From greeting at door, to explaining the issues with the devices and the great work explaining how the basement system including sump pump worked. He was just excellent. this is a new home for us and we had no knowledge of how the basement system the prior homeowner installed worked - Bill covered it all. Will look to have him every year.
