Once we got the date straightened out everything was fine.

There was a huge difference between the process that Glen described and what the installer actually did. Glen sold the flex span product, but when installer came and talked about jackhammering the floor- things changed to drilling 4 holes and using pressure foam to fill the crack. I find it hard to believe the cost would be the same. Seemed like a bait and switch scheme to me.
