Praise for Vin Orsini is about a year overdue & I apologize. He was so patient with our process and re-affirmed decision every step of the way. Didn't try to oversell us and I really felt I had a "partner" in all the decisions. A WOW person for sure.

Justin Jaffer was exceptional in his explanation of what he tuned up in the annual appt.= thorough and patient with a 70 yr. old female homeowner with no "basement" skills! He was outstanding. Another WOW person for sure
