Bruce was very good at explaining what the installation entailed, the cost and benefits of the system.

Was very easy to schedule service. Installer called 30 mins. before arrival indicated.

Bruce was very personable and engaging. Was a pleasure to have a technician who was willing to answer all of my questions.

Was very through service, and explained the process along the way!

Bruce was extremely neat, organized cords and batteries out of the way and in the best place for future servicing. Servicing and installation progressed in a very efficient manner.

Bruce cleaned up such that it looked like he was never there. In fact, it looked better than before he arrived!
