The 20% increase in the service check is hard to justify in this climate but until I get alternative quotes there is little I can do. Writing to Mr Janesky doesn't work as the last time I wrote after buying a pump he scribbled back over my letter in red ink- aggressive and rude .

George was very pleasant helpful and provided good considered advice . Also very neat and tidy.
