Service person (Dean) did a good job. YOUR scheduling time is unrealistic. When you give me a 9AM start time, I expect the tech to be at the job @ 9AM....Not be leaving the shop at 9. I drove 25 mi to be at the house for 9:00. The tech arrived at 12:30. I explained my medical need to make this appointment as brief as possible. You should be booking appointments in realistic good Faith. Fortunately, Dean moved right along to minimize my stress of sitting or standing too long.
