Was very disappointed with my experience and will not be using you again.

The guy was pushy to buy and replace everything even though he said it was working fine. Said the pumps last 3-5 years. I googled that and they all said 10 years so I agreed to buy a new pump for no reason. Then the cost was absurdly high. You installed $350 pump for $650 bucks plus you charged me another $250 for the guy to come out. That’s highway robbery. He was here for a total of 45 Mins, told me nothing was wrong but pressured me to buy a new pump anyway and at the end of the day I’m out $900.

Seems he installed it fine. Not sure why washing the hole with soap and water and checking everything, which took a total of 15 Mins costs 250.
