This crawl space had many piers that got completely wrapped in CleanSpace to ensure they were protected no matter how much groundwater comes in.
A SaniDry dehumidifier is installed in the newly encapsulated crawl space, draining into a sump pump behind it.
The perimeter of the basement is equipped with a WaterGuard trench system to properly flow water towards the TripleSafe sump pump.
To fully seal off moisture vapor from the earth, DryZone wrapped the piers as well as the walls.
Sometimes as foundations settle there can be more weight put onto the wall than initially expected and this will cause the wall to be pushed in. The PowerBrace is designed to provide extra support for the wall when this happens so that your foundation will remain stable for many more years to come
Humid air has no place to enter with a fully sealed crawl space.
