Sales Process
Tom did a great job going through the entire process so we knew what to expect. There was full transparency in the project summary. We had 2 other crawl space estimates done, and Tom's was the most impressive and why we chose Dry Zone.
Our Installation Crew
Pierre was absolutely terrific. He's very hard working and cares a great deal that we were happy with the job. We went into the crawl space with him to do a "crawl through". I would have never gone in there before this work was done. We were completely satisfied with the job.
The Cleanup Process
Pierre and Gregory did a thorough and neat job. It was a real mucky mess when they got here. I appreciated the attention to keeping our yard and driveway clean.

The thoroughness of the presentation. The products seemed superior to other companies. The entire encapsulation project was with materials we wanted in our crawlspace.
