Bear, DE 19701I am in a townhouse. My driveway consist of 3 concrete slabs. The slab closest to the house had a crack going from left to right and has sunk. The end of the slab that butts up to the house foundation at the garage door has sunk about 3 inches.

Bear, DE 19701Our drive way has two cracks. one in each of two slabs. I was wondering if this maybe a solution to replacing the driveway. Also the sidewalk has settled to making the step to high on to the porch.

Bear, DE 19701I have a cinderblock basement which is partially below ground level. On some of the areas above ground there is stair step cracking and efflorescence on the outside. The previous owner painted the surface with a masonry paint and the efflorescence is so heavy in some places that it is causing the paint to bubble off with the bubbles having the sandy/powdery efflorescence underneath. There is also considerable efflorescence on the inside sill plate of the cinderblock wall in places and some water also makes it to the inside. We are in need of understanding what is causing the issue as we have a sump pump and drainage system in place, as well as, a permanent solution to the problem.

Bear, DE 19701Backyard Patio slab has sunk on the side connected to our home causing the enclosed patio structure to slide down the side of our home by about 2 inches. I would like to lift the slab as close to its original level as possible. The slab has not broken yet, but I'm concerned it will if not remedied. Our back patio dimensions are 12' x 24'. Joe Konschnik
