The homeowner reported that this area in front of his garage had experienced heavy flooding, causing water to intrude inside.
Due to the placement of the concrete during pouring, the property owner reported issues with water entering the barn during rain storms.
The homeowner reported that this side of their home had experienced the worst of the flooding issues.
Trenches were dug so various pipes and supplies could be set in place, all in an effort to absorb and remove water away from the foundation of the home.
The drainage system we designed included laying materials that make the filtration of water a breeze, intercepting pooling groundwater and allowing it drain easily.
The LRE team initiates the installation of the pool deck's new channel drain by carefully cutting out precisely measured sections of concrete.
These downspouts left pools of water in this homeowner's yard. Improper water diversion allows for water to pool near the foundation, risking causing more extensive damage.
Washed out soils allowed the foundation to be exposed in areas around the home. This was breeding ground for water intrusion and mold growth.
