This home in Newberry, Florida had severe settlement cracks to the inside and outside walls.
Upon inspecting the homeowner's crawl space, the LRE Design Specialist discovered significant moisture damage to the wooden structural supports.
The homeowner realized their foundation was facing serious issues when they noticed the ceiling in their garage beginning to separate from the walls.
The concrete of this pool deck has experienced significant cracking that will likely increase over time if not properly addressed.
These helical piers were installed around the perimeter of the home to achieve the much-needed lift the area needed. Once the foundation is lifted, cracks are closed and able to be sealed up for good.
Over time, the crawl space has experienced deterioration due to aging and general wear and tear.
These major cracks on the exterior walls of this home made it apparent to the homeowner that foundation settlement had occurred.
Vertical wall cracks on the interior garage walls were a concerning sight for the homeowner, signaling potential issues with the foundation's stability.
