The LRE team begins the CleanSpace installation process by first placing drainage matting throughout the floors of the crawl space. This matting will help direct water from the crawl space out to the perimeter drainage system.
Soil erosion underneath the homeowner's concrete driveway had caused the slabs to settle and become uneven, creating a significant tripping hazard.
Upon inspection, the Design Specialist immediately observed that the wooden floor joists in the crawl space were sagging under the weight of the appliances and furniture in the home.

Although not immediately noticeable at first glance, these hairline stair-step cracks on the exterior walls of the home were key indicators of foundation settlement.
The homeowner's driveway had shown signs of settling, with areas becoming uneven and numerous cracks appearing along the surface.
The homeowner became alarmed when they noticed stair-step cracking patterns emerging from the window frame in the exterior wall of the home.
The LRE team begins the foundation repair process by first excavating soil in preparation for the installation of the helical piers.
