Mike spoke to both my mother-in-law and myself to explain the work completed and allowed us to ask questions. He also took pictures of the work performed and provided explanations. He made sure we were happy before payment and leaving. Judd was very knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the process. Didn't push for a quick sale.
