We were selling a house in Parrish and our buyers demanded a foundation inspection as they experienced issues with a previous home, probably very expensive issues. The original appointment had to be scheduled a month out, but after explaining our situation, they promised to try to fit us in as soon as possible, Got a call back shortly after with news that they could do the inspection the next day! Frank G. was right on time to get to the property. His inspection was thorough and he talked me through the entire process, including what to look for in the future. At the conclusion of the inspection, he said that he and LRE didn't believe in providing an estimate for work that didn't need to be done. The LRE website says free inspection and they mean it. More importantly, I now know how to inspect my home for foundation and settlement issues. In the future, I'll be able to spot issues early, hopefully before they become big problems. And if I find problems, I know who I'm going to call.
