We installed a French drain system along the perimeter of this house to capture surface water and eliminate pools of water from collecting around the foundation of the home.
WaterGuard is a non-clogging, subfloor, interior drainage system that is specially designed to capture water at its entry point - before it ever has the chance to reach the basement floors!
Any water leaking from the walls will move downward and behind this flange, where it is then directed into the WaterGuard® system then to the sump pump for removal.
WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the room where the floor and walls meet. This subfloor interior drainage system is specially designed to capture water at its entry point before it ever has the chance to reach the floors.
SilverGlo insulation boards were installed along the crawl space walls. The vents were sealed shut and drainage matting was laid out to prepare for the CleanSpace encapsulation system.
A French drain system is a trench filled with gravel and a perforated pipe that channels water away from an area where you don't want it to collect.
Our CleanSpace drainage matting is placed on the ground before the vapor barrier. Its special design prevents water from pooling along the foundation by diverting it into the drainage system
This perimeter drain solution channels water away from the home to prevent water from seeping inside of the home.
