The first step of our crawl space encapsulation is to lay our patented drainage matting. This prevents water from collecting along the ground underneath the vapor barrier.

Signs that existing downspouts aren't working properly include water pooling around the foundation, erosion near the downspout outlet, damp or wet basement walls, and water stains or mold growth in the basement or around the foundation. Additionally, if the ground around the foundation remains consistently wet after rainfall, it indicates that the downspouts are not effectively directing water away from the home.
