Our Overall Service
Officially i'd like to give 3.5 stars. The sales rep that came out (Garrett) was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He truly took the time to listen to our needs, analyze our yard and then prepare a presentation all during his first visit. It was impressive and helpful and he took the time to answer all of our questions and offer multiple solutions. There was no doubt that he knew what he was talking about. The work crew that arrived was also excellent: our project manager, Josh, was just as friendly and the team respected our property and completed their work efficiently. Now the cons: as amazing as Garrett was, he failed to mention that we needed to enlist an electrician to partner up with their work. He mentioned it in passing to my boyfriend while they were walking the property but it was never brought up with me when we were inside the house, discussing the work and finalizing our decision. Secondly, the installers installed some piece in the backyard upside down. This was discovered because there was nonstop beeping from one of the devices and when a second team came out to inspect, they were able to identify the issue and thankfully resolve it same-day. LASTLY, it took almost 3 weeks to coordinate payment with your Logistics Coordinator, Valerie. We went back and forth on calls and emails over those 3 weeks because I needed a secure link to pay my balance of over $10k (I refused to provide payment information via an unsecured phone call for this significant amount). She kept saying that she had sent the email but i never received an email from her beyond confirming my second appt. Yesterday morning, she sent me an erroneous email confirming that my payment had been received. The situation was finally escalated to her manager, Anna, who was able to send me the paylink with no delay and now I can finally say this project is complete. Overall, I'm happy with the results and I would recommend your company to others but with full disclosure of those 3 painpoints that I experienced.
Sales Process
This would have easily been 5 stars if i had been told about the electrician. the additional cost of the electrician was not an issue (we knew we wanted this irrigation work done no matter what) but the fact that i learned about it via a last-minute phone call from Garrett after Josh and his team had already started work - was NOT a pleasant way to learn about it.
Our Installation Crew
this also would have been 5 stars easily if they hadn't installed one piece upside down. this caused a week of chaos and confusion as the beeping was NONSTOP and eventually required a second visit from your service/maintenance team to identify and re-install.
The Cleanup Process
The installation team did an excellent job of leaving as small of a footprint as possible. They had to do a significant amount of digging/shoveling throughout my back yard and front yard and it was almost unnoticeable after they were complete.

What made you choose our company:

Garrett was excellent, and I told him that. It was unfortunate that he did not disclose the need of an electrician to me and I would like to think (HOPE) that it was not intentional but sadly, I can't be 100% certain. I need him to understand and acknowledge that needing an electrician to finalize the work was NOT going to affect hiring your company. His expertise and professionalism stood WELL ABOVE the other 3 companies that we met with, so it truly was unfortunate that the omission of this important detail left such a negative memory
