We’re thrilled to have Alex as a part of the Lowcountry Foundation Repair team as we work to redefine our industry.  Alex has a combined 15 years of experience in the crawlspace and foundation industry.  He is experienced with Cleanspace, foundation repair, waterproofing, and piering.  Alex currently resides in Springfield, GA.  In his free time he enjoys bowling, gold, working on cars, and building things.  Per Alex "I'm hard working and passionate about everything I do.  I love building things with my hands."

This photo showcases the crawl space in its original state before any encapsulation or repairs were conducted. The area appears to be exposed and vulnerable to moisture and other potential issues.
The existing support in the crawl space was not effectively supporting the floor. Using the SmartJack Support System, you can supplementally support the floor and be confident in the permanence of the results.
This photo captures the state of the crawl space prior to the installation of any protective measures, showing exposed soil and potential moisture issues.
Here is an area of the crawl space before the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. The existing vapor barrier was a thin, easily tearable material that was not sealed to the piers and walls.
Some signs of a moisture problem in the crawl space are obvious, but some damage can be hidden and moisture in the crawl space can also cause problems in the upper levels of the home.
