James is an experienced System Design Specialist with over four years in the foundation, crawlspace, and concrete repair industry, all within the Supportworks network. Originally from Ridgeland, MS, and a proud graduate of Jackson State University, he began his journey in Naples, FL, as a design specialist in 2021, advancing to Sales Manager in San Antonio, TX, by 2022. Later, he took on the role of Sales Training Coach, where he contributed to elevating the performance of sales teams across the network. Now based in Hilton Head Island, SC, James brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping homeowners restore peace of mind in their most significant investment—their home. Outside of work, James enjoys time on the water with his fiancée and two dogs.
