We felt Lowcountry Basement did a great job explaining the issue with our house and how they could resolve it (foundation stabilization). We are relieved our historic home is once again structurally sound, and the 25-year warranty gives us peace of mind. We found the entire staff to be professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process, particularly the crew who did the work over a two-day period.
