Initial Customer contact. After that I can truly say that: The Lowcountry Foundation repair team arrived promptly, was courteous and efficient, and did their job in the three days provided in the contract. In that time, the team, Alex, Francis, and Patrick, cleaned and sealed the crawlspace under our home, installed pumps, a dehumidifier, and a new crawlspace door. They also hauled off all waste. From the initial visit by John to inspect our home and offer a repair contract, to the finish of the installation, Lowcountry's representatives were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Four Stars out of Four. I recommend the company without reservation.
