Was able to get an appointment when they were in the market quickly. They can be booked out for 1 month, but I wasn't in a hurry.

Call rep handled appointment and follow-up. Communication was great.

Cannot remember the salesman's name. There was a bit of a hiccup, but installation crew took care of it.

Devante, Mario, and Kizi were early in the window time. Kept me up to date on what they were doing, worked efficiently, and cleaned up.

Left the area as they found it.
