Work performed as agreed. From the original call, the sales process, through the work completion and the final invoicing, everything was done in accordance with professionalism and good workmanship.

Miss Jessica was very professional and courteous.

Mr Dalton was professional, caring, and knowledgeable. He was patient through all of my questions, helped identify the issues and prepared a detailed work plan proposal. He has a gift that I hope your company will enable him to use in a way that helps as many families like mine. There was never any pressure, even while he asked for the sale (as he should). Mr Dalton did an excellent job of reading the situation. Hopefully you are as pleased with him on your staff as much as I was. He even showed up on the first day of work to make certain everything was on-track. In my experience, there is usually a time of stress when the salesman overpromises and leaves the mess for the work crew to resolve. This was NOT the case here. Pleasantly surprised.

Words can't adequately describe how pleased I was with these guys! Mr Gaije, Mr Tony, and Mr Austin were the BEST!! They were professional, caring, courteous, knowledgeable and some of the hardest workers I have seen in quite some time (in very undesirable conditions I should add). Not easy to find men like these in today's world. Hopefully you are taking excellent care of them (I am not a family member or prior friend, just a business owner who appreciates hard working people very much). They are loyal to your company and spoke highly of the organization at all times. We started our three days together as strangers, but finished as friends. I have nothing but praise for each of them.

Not uncommon to pick-up after the crew. I did not have to do this. Good finish to a great week!
