This is what the sales rep was looking at upon initial appointment in this customers basement. This is what the unstable foundation looked like, and this is why ultimately the sales rep decided to install SmartJacks to stabilize the foundation.
This is the reading of the moisture level in this customers crawl space. This high of a moisture level is likely what was causing the high radon reading in her home. The moisture of the soil causes the uranium to decay, which causes the radon to form.
The water damage depicted on the walls shows that water was leaking into this crawl space.
