This is the cracks in this customers driveway before we repaired them. As you can see they are very evident, and there are multiple throughout the driveway, that are allowing water to seep in, and leaving it not as stable as it should be.
This is how they install the WaterGuard, they dig a hole in the concrete to place the WaterGuard underneath so that it can drain the water to the sump pump, without exposing the water to the area.
The floor was separating from the wall and baseboards. This can be a safety hazard but it is also unsightly.
The driveway is stable and level. We sealed the cracks with the NexusPro Solution to keep moisture from damaging the underlying soil and causing future issues.
This is an example of one of the deep cracks this pool deck was facing, not only is this not appealing for an area of the home, such as the pool deck where this family will be spending a lot of time during the summer, but it is also unsafe, can cause tripping and further damage as water infiltrates the crack.
Providing homeowners with peace of mind that their home and family is protected is why we love doing what we do.
The PolyLevel can raise and support the concrete slab, without adding additional stress to the soil below it. The extra foam, seen in these photos, is removed afterwards.
This picture is depicting the sag in the garage door lintel. The foundation has settled and it has caused the cracks around the garage door and the lintel to sag. This was fixed with a garage door lintel lift.
