The CleanSpace keeps the crawl space bright, clean, and dry.
The floor was separating from the wall and baseboards. This can be a safety hazard but it is also unsightly.
The CleanSpace directs any water that might seep through the walls straight to the WaterGuard sub-floor drainage. From there, it is pumped out with the sump pump.
Not only are dirty crawl spaces unattractive, they are unusable and can be damaging the home.
The SmartJacks securely support the floors and can even raise them slightly in areas where they sag.
The LawnScape Outlet protects the discharge line by preventing clogs and subtly blending in with the landscaping. It also can be removed for easy cleaning.
This picture depicts the presence of efflorescence and moisture. Efflorescence is the white powder that is present on the wall, and it is what is left after water has entered the crawl space. There is also dark spots on the wall, which is a result of the water entering the crawl space.
The PolyLevel can raise and support the concrete slab, without adding additional stress to the soil below it. The extra foam, seen in these photos, is removed afterwards.
