This sump pump system works well with the WaterGuard to ensure the basement or crawl space does not flood.
There is evidence of water damage on the floors and walls.
This is how they install the WaterGuard, they dig a hole in the concrete to place the WaterGuard underneath so that it can drain the water to the sump pump, without exposing the water to the area.
This photo is depicting wood rot, which is a result of the moisture content of the wood, that is proportional to the relative humidity of the air in the crawl space. Once the wood in a crawl space starts to rot, it damages the structural integrity of the home.
Because 50% of a home's air comes from the crawl space, it is important to protect the crawl space to protect the home.
This is the CleanSpace encpasulation and the TripleSafe sump pump that was installed in the crawl space of this home. The CleanSpace allows the water to drain behind it and it keeps the crawl space dry. The TripleSafe collects the water and pumps it out and away from the home. These two will ensure that this crawl space will stay dry always.
Both of these things work together to encapsulate the crawl space. A dry, encapsulated crawl space can significantly lower you heating and cooling bill.
This dehumidifier keeps the relative humidity at the appropriate levels so that the whole house can stay cool and dry.
