A dry crawl space lowers your heating and cooling bill, protects the air circulating through your home, and reduces the risk of mold growth.
This is the meters that are used inside the home to determine the relative humidity percentage in the space. Once the relative humidity level is above a 65% that is when you will start to notice moisture in the air. This customers was at a 70%, which means they were likely to have moisture in their crawl space or start noticing moisture soon.
The TripleSafe sump pump ensures that water won't ever flood. With three pumps and a battery backup, it can handle gallons and gallons of water.
This photo is depicting wood rot, which is a result of the moisture content of the wood, that is proportional to the relative humidity of the air in the crawl space. Once the wood in a crawl space starts to rot, it damages the structural integrity of the home.
Our sales guys use relative humidity temperature meters to determine what the percentage of the relative humidity is in the crawl space. This customer was experience a high percentage, which means that they were going to run into issues with a lot of moisture, which can lead to mold and wood rot.
