Niko Giannes

Niko Giannes brings four years of foundation repair experience to Atlanta Basement Systems, paired with a decade of leadership as a restaurant general manager. His time in the hospitality industry sharpened his attention to detail, focus on customer satisfaction, and planning skills—qualities that serve him well in his current role. Niko’s hands-on experience in foundation repair and waterproofing is extensive, having installed waterproofing systems, crawl space encapsulations, and serviced existing systems. This comprehensive background has given him a deep understanding and confidence in the solutions provided by Atlanta Basement Systems.

Since joining the company, Niko has undergone rigorous training, earning certifications like "Certified Waterproofing Specialist" from Basement Systems International and "Certified Foundation Specialist" from Supportworks. He  takes pride in his ability to educate homeowners on complex foundation repair systems in a way that is easily understood. It’s important to him that his clients know exactly why they are having the problems they have, and exactly why his solution will be a permanent solution!

Outside of work, Niko enjoys spending time doing DIY projects around his house and building and restoring cars.
