Our Overall Service

My concrete pier foundation was sinking in the center, opening cracks and gaps in practically every room. In ONE DAY the guys had excavated the crawl space, sunk 2ft. x 2ft. x 2ft. concrete piers over a gravel drainage base, installed the SmartJacks and raised the floors back up to fractions of an inch of their original position.

Call Representative

There were some miscommunications about when the crew would start the project, but once we were all on the same page it went like clockwork.

Sales Process

Ryan Waldron was extraordinary. There was no "drama" or synthetic hype, no insulting sales pitch pressure; just honest analysis of the problem, a clear and thorough explanation of the fix and several options for getting the work done at a reasonable price. He also jumped in and helped straighten out the scheduling miscommunication problems.

Our Installation Crew

Reed Schlader and Malichi Watson were exceptional. They came fully prepared and equipped, started work at 0730 and had the house braced, secure and safe by 1600. The floors were level, the walls and jambs plumb and the cosmetic cracks 80% - 90% closed up. They didn't stop until we were all satisfied the job was the best it could be.

The Cleanup Process

The guys left the site in better condition that they found it, using the soil excavated from under the house to fill in some low spots around the foundation.

What made you choose our company:

Frankly, the skill and dependability of contractors in the northern panhandle of Idaho is sketchy at best. You can find outstanding, mature and trustworthy craftsmen, but it isn't easy; you're more likely to become the victim of incompetents who will say anything to get the job and then either botch it or never start / finish it. Foundation Supportworks of Idaho demonstrated at every step the professionalism and competence this project needed and that I demand as a consumer. I never heard any excuses for why the job couldn't be done or that things had to "make do." They were honest and forthright about the situation, used their experience and expertise to find a solution and were up front about alternatives, costs and outcomes.
