Woods installed the WaterGuard drainage system as part of the waterproofing system. WaterGuard was installed under the cement floors along the full perimeter of the basement. It sits on top of the concrete footing of the home, unlike other systems that are either installed along the footing or on the exterior of the foundation, which keeps it free from mud as it collects water from the foundation walls and wall joints then drains it to the sump pump for removal.

Woods installed BrightWall panels over the foundation walls as part of that waterproofing system. BrightWall panels are made of rigid white plastic that is waterproof and mold resistant. They form a moisture barrier over the foundation walls that prevent water from getting into the basement, instead directing it down to the perimeter drainage system below. They also give the basement a much cleaner and brighter appearance.
