More specifically, Jim worked in the healthcare industry for many years, helping patients and medical staff find appropriate solutions. Jim attended St. Louis Community College at Meramec where he earned his degree in Marketing and Communications. He is most excited to be working with Team Woods because he gets to help customers with their home and seeing them happy.

 

Jim's hobbies include paddle-boarding, fishing, and even fishing while paddle-boarding! He also enjoys cooking new cuisine, wine tasting, and golfing in his free time.

The hole has been dug for the window well and the foundation is being prepped to install the Egress Window.
Water has been entering this basement and causing issues.
WaterGuard will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the sump pump.

The basement has an entrance on the outside of the home. During heavy rains, water would seep into the basement from up under the door. This is where we would install a trench drain so water doesn't have a chance to make it into the basement.
Here you can see how the driveway joints between slabs are unsealed, allowing in water to infiltrate into the soil below.
