Water has been leaking into this area of the basement and is beginning to cause damage.
IceGuard provides your basement with year-round protection. It is an automatic discharge system that allows water to escape out of the sump pump incase pipes freeze in the cold winter months, keeping the basement safe and dry.
This was a previous window and window well before installation began.
FlowGuard will drain wall leaks, and WaterGuard will guide this water to the sump pump.
